MASTER CERTIFIED NEGOTIATION EXPERT - (MCNE®)

The MCNE® is Real Estate’s Premiere Negotiation Designation.  This unique designation, combined with the advanced negotiation skills and strategies gives me the expertise to create better outcomes for my clients and puts me in a league of my own.

 

 

 SELLERS REPRESENTATIVE SPECIALIST (SRS®) 

The SRS® is the premier credential in seller representation that redefines "normal" and reinvents the way I represent my seller clients.   This designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI®) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria so my clients can be confident in whom they are placing their trust.

 

 

 

ACCREDITED BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE (ABR®)

Seniors deserve so much more, and above all trustworthiness and duty of care from the REALTOR® and I pride myself on exhibit these two qualities with seniors on a professional and personal level.  I am pleased to have helped many seniors move from their lifetime of memory filled homes to building new memories in with the next residence.  This designation has equipped me to better understand and address the unique real estate needs of seniors as they trust me with their homes and hearts.
